Athens, Greece (30th August, 2022) – Matrix Pack SA, the leading European producer of Paper Straws and Biodegradeable Lids for hot and cold drinks and Hoffmaster Inc®, a leading US manufacturer of premium disposable tableware in the USA, announce today the acquisition of The Paper Straw Co, the U.K.’s first paper straw manufacturer based in Manchester, England.
During the past 3.5 years of ownership by Hoffmaster Inc®,The Paper Straw Co has grown to become a leading producer of Paper Straws in the UK and Ireland whilst also having manufactured a RPET face visor made from 100% UK raw materials and designed in house.
